How We Ship
We use a combination of shipping methods between USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on item size, weight, and destination when it comes to our flat rate and free shipping options. If you are using our Flat Rate Shipping option it is important to use an actual shipping address to insure that you can receive the package by any carrier we may use. If other delivery options are available to you, they will be available at checkout.

Special Shipping Instructions
At this time we cannot relay special shipping instructions to carriers. When carriers attempt a delivery they will do so based on their own policies and procedures. We cannot pass information along such as where to drop a package,who can/cannot accept a package, days of delivery etc.

International & APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Currently we do not ship outside of the US and since APO/FPO/DPO addresses are considered international, all export restrictions apply. As a small business we are just not able to do this at this time.

Signature Required Service
We offer Signature Required service at checkout as an added shipping option for you to choose. C&D Arms Supply LLC is not responsible for items returned back to us if the shipping carrier is unable to obtain a signature at delivery. If an order is returned back we will refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee, the shipping charge and the Signature Required service charge.

Returned Shipments
If a shipment that is sent to the address you have provided is returned back to us as undeliverable (wrong address provided, you moved, not safe to leave etc) we will credit you back your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and any payment you made for shipment.

PO Box Shipping
Currently we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Our Flat Value Rate shipping options can use a variety of shipping carries, some of which will not deliver to a PO Box. At this time, even if selecting UPS/FedEx shipping, we cannot offer shipping to your PO Box.

Shipping/Handling Times
Current processing times can be found on the top of the checkout page. C&D Arms Supply LLC ships items 6 days a week. Some items will ship direct from vendors and manufactures on our behalf. Items that do not come from C&D Arms Supply LLC directly may see an increase in handling time.

Shipping times vary and delivery dates provided are just estimates. There are no guaranteed shipping times except with Priority Mail Express. C&D Arms Supply LLC cannot offer refunds on shipping charges for any reason, including late shipments, due to carrier delays unless you have purchased USPS Priority Mail Express.

USPS delivers 6 days a week, however carriers like UPS and FedEx consider normal shipping days to be Monday-Friday. Although there are times they will deliver on the weekends they are not normal delivery days.

Shipping times and processing times are two different things. By paying for faster shipping you are not decreasing processing times.

Shipping Notifications
Once your order has been processed for shipping you will receive an email with tracking information. You can click on the tracking information for a detailed history of your package. Please keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be visible. All shipping notifications will come from C&D Arms Supply LLC even if your order is shipping direct from our vendor to you.

Split Shipments
If you place an order that contains items that we stock and also items that are shipped direct from vendor to customer you will receive separate shipping notifications. Only one shipping charge would be applied (if you do not qualify for free shipping)

Lost/Damaged Packages
All of our shipments go out insured and you will be covered in the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping.

Lost Packages
If the tracking number you are provided does not show any initial scans after 48 hours of shipment please contact us immediately. Once an item is accepted and scanned it is in the hands of the carrier. If you have not received your order within 7-10 days of shipment please contact us. Each carrier has a unique way of handling claims. Carriers also may conduct detailed investigations in cases of possible mail tampering and postal fraud. Full cooperation is imperative in order to quickly and effectively resolve such issues.

Contact us immediately if the original shipment arrives prior to the resolution of the claim. If the original package arrives, at a future date after the delivery of the replacement, contact us immediately for a pickup at our expense. Keeping this delivery will result in the customer being billed for both the original shipment and the replacement order.

Upon a favorable claim resolution, C&D Arms Supply LLC may initiate a replacement order; an email will be sent to your account with the new tracking number once the product has left our warehouse. If an in-stock replacement item is requested prior to a claim resolution, your credit card will be billed and a refund will be instituted once the damage claim is approved by the carrier.

Damaged Items/Package
Upon receipt, please inspect the order for any evidence of damage and do not sign for a package without fully inspecting the contents. If there is visible damage to the box, the merchandise, or items are missing, kindly refuse the package.

Contact us immediately to initiate a claim if a package arrives damaged. Please provide the product number of the affected item(s), the nature of the damage (e.g. shattered, cracked, dented, item missing), and specific information about the condition of the box (e.g. re-taped, poked, contains a hole). If a package was partially accepted, please denote which item(s) were refused. Reseal the shipment and hold on to the original packaging materials for a possible inspection by the carrier. It is vital you hold onto the package for up to 30 days. Please do not send the damaged package back to C&D Arms Supply LLC as this will result in a denied claim and you will be responsible for all associated costs. If no inspection occurs, you can discard the shipment after the 30 days expire.

Each carrier has a unique process of claim handling and a set of time frames that it follows.

Upon a favorable claim resolution, C&D Arms Supply LLC may initiate a replacement order; an email will be sent to your account with the new tracking number once the product has left our warehouse. If an in-stock replacement item is requested prior to a claim resolution, your credit card will be billed and a refund will be instituted once the damage claim is approved by the carrier.

Claims
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping we will be required to file a claim to have the cost of that item reimbursed to us so we can refund/replace the item for you. Each carrier has a unique way of handling these claims. Once a claim is filed we need to allow the carrier the time to complete their investigation. Once a claim has a favorable resolution we can replace/refund your order. Some carriers we use will require you to submit an affidavit to verify the lost/damaged package. This is provide to you via a URL that we will provide to you. You would simply follow the link and answer the questions.
