Returns made simple, easy, and hassle free!
If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly take it back. We understand that you will not always be happy with the product you purchased. Maybe it doesn't fit right, or the color is a little different. Maybe you ordered the wrong part, or you just don't want the item any more. That is fine. We get it.
If you need assistance with a manufacturers warranty just contact us and we will be more then happy to help you.
- Returns must be started within 15 days of order delivery
- Returns must be received within 30 days of order delivery
- Electronic devices are not returnable, they must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
- RMA # must be on the outside of the package
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, in like new condition with all item parts and paperwork.
- We do not charge a restocking fee unless the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in like new condition. If the item is not returned in like new condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25%
- Items returned after 30 days will be returned to customer at customer expense or be subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error in your order.
How To Start A Return
- If you did not create an account with us then fill out the form below. After you fill out the form below you will be directed to create an account with us. Creating an account is not required but does make it easy to track your return and we suggest you do so. We will attach your return request to your account for you.
- If you already created an account, just login to your account and start the return process through the 'Returns' section of your account.
- Once your return request is received and accepted you will be emailed your return instructions and RMA #.
